Haiti 7 Aid

In the search of ways I could help, my fellow neighbors of Haiti, Haiti7Aid.com was born. It's sole purpose is to maximize the exposure of information on: currently active and trustworthy aid organizations and other information that might help those who want to volunteer.

All over the internet you can find links about international organizations which you can donate money online. However my goal is to create a directory of accessible information on LOCAL ways to help. So I depend on information that I find in social media, or that is provided by people like you.

There is a lot to do! And for now this is a one woman show! So, as you might have guessed, I need your help. If you are a web designer or programmer and would like to also help with the project please contact me. Help I need:

  • Web Programmer: To create an improved searchable and dynamic directory.
  • Data Entry and research: ANYONE with no experience can help by finding links, venues, events etc.
  • Marketing: Need help getting the word out. Facebookers, twitter fans, or got a connection in the newspaper (that helps!)
